Strategic Communications Africa Ltd (Stratcomm Africa) has hosted the 2025 edition of Brand Reputation Week, a three-day capacity-building programme.<\/p>\n

The event is designed to equip Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) within the agricultural value chain with practical communication skills for business growth. <\/p>\n

The event took place from 19 \u2013 21 November 2025 at Stratcomm Africa\u2019s Training Centre in Accra.<\/p>\n

Held under the theme \u201cCommunicating for Growth in the Digital Age,\u201d the programme brought together 20 SMEs, mobilised in partnership with the Ghana Enterprise Agency (GEA). <\/p>\n

The initiative is part of Stratcomm Africa\u2019s commitment to advancing sustainability, promoting responsible business communication, and supporting SME competitiveness through effective strategic communication.<\/p>\n

Speaking ahead of the closing ceremony, Madam Esther Cobbah, Founder and CEO of Stratcomm Africa, stated:<\/p>\n

\u201cAt Stratcomm Africa, we believe that communication is not just an add-on to Brand Reputation Week is part of our commitment to ensuring that SMEs, especially those in the agricultural value chain, are equipped with the tools they need to communicate effectively in a highly competitive marketplace. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhen SMEs communicate well, they grow, and when they grow, communities and economies grow with them. \u201c<\/p>\n

Brand Reputation Week 2025 featured high-level presentations, practical workshops, a business clinic, and a closing mini-exhibition that allowed SMEs to showcase their products and communication improvements developed during the programme.<\/p>\n

Day One focused on the fundamental principles of strategic communication for SMEs. Participants received opening remarks from Stratcomm Africa and key partners, including GEA, the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), and the Mastercard Foundation.<\/p>\n

The day\u2019s training session, led by Samuel Ato Afful, Marketing Communications Manager of Stratcomm Africa, explored understanding communication needs, shaping brand stories, identifying audiences, and strengthening visibility.<\/p>\n

Day Two provided practical instruction on digital branding and organisational growth.<\/p>\n
