Finance Minister Dr Cassiel Ato Forson on Thursday, November 13, presented the 2026 Budget Statement and Economic Policy to Parliament. <\/p>\n

The budget outlined the government\u2019s fiscal plans and priorities for the coming year under the theme \u201cResetting for Growth, Jobs, and Economic Transformation<\/strong>.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Dr Forson said the 2026 budget builds on the stability achieved in 2025, focusing on consolidating macroeconomic gains, accelerating job creation, and strengthening the security and social sectors. <\/p>\n

He assured that the Mahama administration remains committed to responsible economic management and inclusive growth.<\/p>\n

The Finance Minister stated that Ghana\u2019s economy has turned a corner, noting that \u201cGhana is back, strong, credible, and open for business.\u201d <\/p>\n
