police for allegedly stabbing a tenant to death at\u00a0Awerempe\u00a0in the\u00a0Berekum\u00a0West District of the Bono Region.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Bright\u00a0Abotsi, 25 years, was rushed to the\u00a0Berekum\u00a0Holy Family Catholic Hospital, where the health workers on duty pronounced him dead on arrival.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>According to a statement issued and signed by Chief Inspector Thomas Akeelah, the Public Relations Officer of the Bono Regional Police Command, the incident happened on Friday, November 7, 2025, saying the body had been deposited at the hospital mortuary for preservation and autopsy.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>It explained that the suspect accused the deceased of stealing his two mobile phones and which led to a misunderstanding between them, and that the suspect allegedly stabbed the deceased with a knife\u00a0in\u00a0his chest area.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>The statement said one Comfort\u00a0Nyanta, 40 years, and the deceased sibling reported the\u00a0incident,\u00a0and the police\u00a0proceeded\u00a0to the scene to retrieve the body, which was soaked with blood with a deep cut on the right side of the upper chest.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>It said the suspect was presently in custody as the police\u00a0investigate\u00a0the incident, preparing to prosecute the suspect.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n        <div
