Adom TV, a prominent brand of The Multimedia Group Limited (MGL), has been crowned the Best Akan TV Station of the Year at the prestigious 29th Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) Awards.<\/p>\n

The honour, presented on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi, affirms Adom TV\u2019s leadership in providing compelling, high-quality, and influential Akan-language content across Ghana\u2019s television landscape.<\/p>\n

Adom TV\u2019s victory underscores the widespread dominance and strategic linguistic diversity of The Multimedia Group Limited (MGL), Ghana\u2019s largest independent media conglomerate. <\/p>\n

Adom TV\u2019s success is built on its deep penetration into urban and rural markets, delivering popular programmes\u2014from news and current affairs to compelling local drama and entertainment\u2014that resonate directly with the Akan-speaking majority. <\/p>\n

The station plays a crucial role in making critical national discussions accessible to the masses.<\/p>\n

MGL was a key winner on the night, with its media platforms collectively securing numerous institutional and individual accolades.<\/p>\n

The 29th GJA Awards, held under the distinguished patronage of the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, was a significant milestone, being the first time the event was hosted outside the capital, Accra.<\/p>\n

The ceremony focused on the theme: \u201cSafeguarding Ghana\u2019s future: The role of the media in promoting peace, security and the fight against galamsey.\u201d<\/p>\n
