Then, the nation\u2019s digital frontier faces a new power struggle. The Cybersecurity (Amendment) Bill, 2025 proposes sweeping new powers for the Cyber Security Authority, from prosecuting cyber-offences to seizing digital assets. <\/p>\n

And finally, the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) takes centre stage once again. Following a fiery press briefing, the OSP says charges are ready against former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta and five others over the SML-GRA contract saga, a case expected in court before month-end. <\/p>\n

But legal analysts are asking: if the evidence is ready, why the press show? Critics argue the OSP\u2019s public strategy could jeopardize due process, while supporters hail it as bold transparency in a system long clouded by secrecy.<\/p>\n
