Member of Parliament for Ketu North, Eric Edem Agbana, has touted Ghana\u2019s commitment to youth empowerment and inclusion during his address at the International Municipal BRICS Forum in Russia.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the global gathering of leaders, entrepreneurs, and policymakers, Mr Agbana said Ghana continues to demonstrate strong leadership in creating opportunities for young people to contribute meaningfully to national development.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe youth are not a demographic statistic; they are our greatest national asset,\u201d Mr Agbana declared, underscoring the importance of sustained investment in young people\u2019s education, innovation, and entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

He said the Ghanaian government, along with development partners, has made significant progress in promoting youth participation in governance and economic transformation.<\/p>\n

In a social media post after the event, the Ketu North legislator described the forum as \u201ca great opportunity to connect with investors, entrepreneurs, leaders, and other changemakers from across the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

He stressed that his participation was part of broader efforts to position Ghana \u2014 and particularly Ketu North \u2014 at the centre of global discussions on inclusive development.<\/p>\n

Mr Agbana further hinted at a forthcoming project for his constituency, inspired by conversations held during the forum.<\/p>\n

\u201cKeep this post,\u201d he wrote. \u201cOne day, I will unveil a big project in Ketu North and tell you it started with a conversation at this Forum. God is in the story, and we are only warming up \u2014 work is yet to start.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
