The National Service Authority (NSA) has officially released the first batch of postings for the 2025\/2026 service year, deploying 85,159 graduates from accredited tertiary institutions across the country to both public and private sector institutions.<\/p>\n

In a statement issued on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, the Authority noted that this initial figure excludes personnel with data mismatches, such as teachers, nurses, and midwives, whose placements will be included in subsequent releases once verification is complete. <\/p>\n

The total number of postings is expected to increase when these categories are finalised.<\/p>\n

The NSA stated that the postings were carefully processed and urged the public to understand the technical procedures involved in the deployment exercise. <\/p>\n

It also cautioned prospective service personnel against engaging middlemen or fraudulent agents claiming to alter postings.<\/p>\n

According to the Authority, prospective service personnel must complete the following steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Check placement at gnsa.gov.gh.<\/li>\n
  2. Print appointment letters and get them endorsed by the place of posting.<\/li>\n
  3. Book an appointment online for registration and validation.<\/li>\n
  4. Visit designated regional centers with the endorsed appointment letter and Ghana Card to complete registration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The regional validation and registration process will begin on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, and end on Friday, November 21, 2025, while the 2025\/2026 national service officially begins on Monday, November 3, 2025.<\/p>\n

    The Director-General of the NSA, Ruth Dela Seddoh, congratulated all deployed personnel, encouraging them to embrace the opportunity to contribute to Ghana\u2019s socio-economic development through dedicated national service.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
